We were staying with family in Boston, and a bucket list item for me was to visit Martha’s Vineyard and see where Jaws was filmed. We had a chat with our family, and they agreed to take us to Martha’s Vineyard for the day. The only request on their side was that we stay overnight in a hotel nearby, as traffic through Boston would be horrible in the morning, so we decided to book a hotel about 20 minutes away from the boat terminal for Martha’s Vineyard. This is our review of the All Seasons Inn & Suites, Cape Cod.
Where is the All Seasons Inn & Suites, Cape Cod?
114 Trowbridge Rd., Bourne, MA 02532, United States. Around an hour’s drive from Boston. We stayed here primarily for its proximity to the parking lots for Martha’s Vineyard boats. However, I think it would be a good location for exploring Cape Cod.

Rooms
We had read the reviews, and we were arriving late at night, so I was worried. However, the rooms were actually spot-on for the price. They were a bit on the old side, but for a night or two, I don’t think it would be an issue; I certainly wouldn’t be spending a week.
Our room had a working TV, AC, a coffee maker, a small fridge, two double beds, and loads of room if it was needed. In our case, we had one small bag, so it really wasn’t needed. The beds were comfortable, and the blankets were warm enough.
The bathroom was clean; there were a few broken tiles and stuff, but nothing too bad. The shower was actually great; there were no complaints from us!
While we didn’t hear any noise, our family stayed at the opposite end of the accommodation, and they said it was loud for a bit with people who they assumed were long-term guests, but that didn’t go on for too long.
Reviews we read said the rooms were filled with bugs and rats. I’m petrified of rats, so if I had any feeling one was about, I would have been sleeping in the car. However, we had no unwanted guests in our room.
Pool/Decking area
This came as a bit of a surprise to me; it wasn’t mentioned in the reviews. While we were getting ready to leave early the next morning, I spotted an outhouse-type building, so I went for a look to see what was inside. I was surprised to find a large pool that was spotless; it didn’t look like it was used much. I guess people arrive late and leave early to go and explore and don’t have the need to use the pool.
Outside was a decking area with sunbeds; they didn’t look like they got much use either, but at least it was an option.
Breakfast
Another surprise was when I found out breakfast was free, but it wasn’t much; it was grab and go. However, it was enough to keep me going until lunch time. I grabbed a few extra orange juices and waters for our day out at Martha’s Vineyard. If you are still hungry or in dire need of coffee, there is a Dunkins’ across the road.
Parking
Parking is free, and there is ample room for all the guests, plus some! It looked secure enough; I would recommend parking near your room or near reception for extra security.
WIFI
WiFi has been hit or miss as we have travelled around the USA. Some places gave WiFi, which was so basic it felt like dial-up. While other hotels made you pay for it, the WiFi at All Seasons Inn & Suites, Cape Cod, was free and perfect, and considering we were as far away from the reception as we could have been, I wasn’t expecting this.
Would we recommend?
We only stayed here for a short period of time. I thought it was spot on for the price and location, and I would have no issues staying in it again for a short period of time.
Thanks for taking the time to read our review of the All Seasons Inn & Suites, Cape Cod. If you have any questions on the place please feel free to drop us a question in the comments below. Why not have a look at other places we have stayed and reviewed.
Thanks
